HS is a chronic, debilitating skin condition that causes recurrent abscesses, nodules, and tunnels in skinfold areas. We demonstrate that certain types of HS patients were more or less likely to report factors such as sweating, friction, and diet as factors worsening their HS. This work has the potential to impact how clinicians managing HS counsel their patients about certain lifestyle and dietary factors. Thrilled to be one of the authors on the SPECTREM study poster (Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Canada, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine), presented at #FallClinical2024! Our findings highlight guselkumab’s impactful results for moderate plaque psoriasis patients with low BSA and special site involvement. After just 3 doses of guselkumab: • >70% achieved IGA 0/1, with 40% reaching complete skin clearance (IGA 0). • Mean PASI and BSA improvements exceeded 80%. • Strong safety profile, with no new signals.
