Divide the work on the employee on the basis of pay scale. Companies should understand "Employee with the low salary and Fresher who is joined you to gain experience, is not less skilled everytime". Also, They are human beings not robots.

As recruiters, it can be challenging to discuss salary expectations, especially when aiming to balance candidate aspirations with company budgets. I prefer setting realistic expectations rather than promising the top end of the salary range. Recently, one of our LLM Engineers received a base offer of $340K from an early-stage startup. This is an excellent offer for an exceptional candidate, but it's not a figure I would have mentioned in the initial conversation.

We hired a candidate who had a 6-months gap and was depressed. He had a package of 3.5LPA before and we gave him 200% hike, and now he/she is one of the best employees. WAHHHH👏👏👏👏 These seem like just LinkedIn posts; I've never encountered such situations in real life, as if I'm in a completely different world.😂 What happens in the real world is they: 👉 Would dismiss candidates with classic "We'll Get Back to You!" 👉Tend to negotiate on your last salary 👉Would give preference to candidates from renowned institutions 👉Avoid hiring individuals with a 3-month notice period 👉Favor graduates from well-known institutions over equally qualified candidates from lesser-known ones.
