My Weakness: I often feel frustrated when I ask my team for an update on a customer and the response is that the issue will be prioritized tomorrow morning. I can't help but wonder why we can't address it immediately. In today's world, where internet access is essential and competition is just a call away, we need to embrace innovation and technology to minimize downtime. I believe we should be striving for a proactive approach that prioritizes swift resolutions within same day.
