Yesterday, we kicked off the FSC Fashion Roundtable Series with a sold-out session in Melbourne, facilitated by Slalom ANZ. 🎉 We were privileged to hear from a range of experts, including CEO of the Australian Fashion Council (AFC) Jaana Quaintance-James, FSC certified forest manager and Board Director James Felton-Taylor, and Greg Taylor, Founder and Owner of Step One who shared their journey to becoming the first Australian clothing company to achieve FSC certification and join the Fashion Forever Green Pact. Lyndal Matthews from Hallmark Cards Australia & New Zealand highlighted their ongoing partnership with FSC and the benefits of a promotional licence and Stefan Steen Jensen from FSC ANZ also provided valuable insights into FSC chain of custody certification. Attendees from various fashion retail and manufacturing companies engaged in incredible discussions about the significance of FSC certification in shaping the future of fashion and promoting responsible forestry practices. We thank all who took part in this incredible day and we look forward to our next sold-out session in Sydney on the 5th of June!
