Happy International Women's Day! Last year, women accounted for 50.3% of U.S. associates, surpassing men for the first time. The legal industry is evolving! However, recent surveys show that women still only make up about 25% of equity partnerships in private practice. Law firms need to pay close attention to how they are mentoring, training, and promoting women attorneys to address this statistic.
