Try these high protein dirt cups to bump up protein content of any meal or as a bedtime snack! High Protein Dirt Cups: 1.5 cups Greek or Icelandic yogurt 1/2 cup chocolate PB 2 powder 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup Crushed chocolate cookies (about 1 cup) Mix everything except the cookies together. Crush cookies (with filling removed) and layer yogurt with cookie crumbs. Makes 3-4 servings
