Now Hiring! Human Resources Administrator-Leave Management We're seeking an HR professional to oversee leave management and our wellness program for all Frederick County Government employees! This professional position will: • Oversee and administer County leave programs, including paid sick and vacation leaves, FMLA, sick leave donor, extended sick leave, military, etc., with team member support. • Implement new processes in compliance with Maryland’s new Time to Care Act (FAMLI) legislation. • Develop and implement County-wide wellness program that focuses on physical, mental and emotional health needs of Frederick County Government employees. • Partner with other HR staff to oversee the development of the County’s new dedicated employee health clinic. Salary Range: $70,095.00 - $120,002.00/annually NOTE: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions. For transfers and promotions, wage rates are calculated per County policy. This position is eligible to receive full County benefits.
