After 6.5 unforgettable years with Metalshub, it’s time for a new chapter. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how much has happened since I joined as employee #6. These years have been a mix of challenges, successes, learning moments, and deep connections. First off, a huge thank you to Dr. Sebastian Kreft and Dr. Frank Jackel for taking a chance on me and trusting me with so much responsibility early in my career. Your guidance—and the freedom you gave me to grow—shaped me in ways I’ll always be grateful for. To the customers I had the privilege to work with: I’ll never forget the trust you placed in me, especially in those early days when Metalshub was still proving itself. Believing in someone in their early 20s with such big decisions wasn’t just a leap of faith—it was a gift that taught me confidence and accountability. And of course, to my colleagues: You made every win sweeter and every tough moment easier.
