Frank Cunnane’s Post

Hello Listeners, I was privileged to back on the Sony Pictures Entertainment Studio Lot in California week before last. I was ‘Somewhere Over The Rainbow!’ I do have to pinch myself sometimes being blessed to be able to visit such an iconic site – really, the history here is stunning – the environment is ALWAYS energising, you can feel it all around – how could it not be? Any of you looking for a change of job/role, please check out the opportunities on our website – you will not regret it and I would be happy to be your onboarding buddy – would be my pleasure! It does not matter what the label, or brand, is over the door it is about the people! That is what makes the difference and I can attest to that. I am privileged to work with some incredibly talented and smart people. What a fantastic week this was for me, energising, meeting up and connecting with team members, colleagues and key business stakeholders. Understanding the challenges and issues that the media and entertainment industry is dealing with right now. And how we are navigating through those challenges as we have successfully undertaken over the last several years – great credit to the SPE Cx level and senior management team who have taken us on that journey and continue to do so. I have to say the weather was a little strange that week – felt like home in England in the 1960’s! I guess that’s Global warming for you! The clocks went back this weekend in the US, shortly after that Thanksgiving, and short hop to the Seasonal holidays – The year is done! Crikey! Premature but best wishes all. And, thank you to the team for all your hard work, support, commitment and sacrifice for the cause this year. #SonyPicturesEntertainment #MediaEntertainment #OverTheRainbow #SPE #Sony #HappyDays

Sorry to have missed you on the Lot this week, Frank Cunnane yes the weather was very strange and today is WINDY, sunny, and warm! ☀️🌞😎 Sony Pictures Entertainment is an extraordinary place to work, 18 years this month for me, haven’t been in a culture that is so about unleashing the greatness of people like this before, and where people can bring their whole self to work. 🤩 Where differences are not merely tolerated but CELEBRATED!!! 🥳🎉💜💝 Next time, let’s have lunch or a cuppa! 🫖☕️
