Hi LinkedIn Tribe😎, My team in#TESSOLVE#bangalore/Hyderbad looking for candidates with an experience of 2.5-12 yrs. 🚀#Physical Design (PD) 🚀#STA Engineer 🚀 #Physical Verification(PV) 🕑 Notice period: Immediate joiner Candidates share your resume to soundar.selvanagarajan@tessolve.com ✅ 🏅 How to Fix a Setup Violation 🏅 ⛹♀️ Multi-Cycle Path (MCP) 🚰This method has some similarities to pipelining. Similarly, we will let the combinational path finish in multiple cycles. 🚰The difference is we won’t add pipeline registers. Instead, we will capture the data at another capture clock edge This can be done in 2 ways: 🚰Use a control circuit to mask the 1st capture edge and allow another one. 🚰 Use a divided clock for the capture FF as shown in the diagram below

I just read a post about the key roles required for a Semiconductor facility. All of them were operation roles. i.e. Litho Engineering Manager, etc. These are important roles but there was no mention of the construction team's that are required to build the facilities! So. I'd like to get a thread going. My vote has its roots in the following. The complexity of these facilities, the numbers of different companies and disciplines, the micro schedules and the tight schedules have driven the need for enhanced skill for co-ordination of works. Therefore, for me, one of the key roles required to build a semiconductor facility is that of the Construction Coordinator. What is yours? #webuildfabs

The discharge ducting is a mess in terms of routing - too many bends and the direction of the discharge is not to a proper place. System effects are robbing the fan of performance, as the 90 degree elbow is bolted directly to the discharge flange of the fan. It also appears that this duct should be attached to a dust collector. There could be some other issues, but between the accumulated dust and the text on the photo it is difficult to see what all is going on here. Note: It's entirely too common to find mis-applied, mis-installed, and otherwise bewildering installations out in the wild... The other frustration with these situations is that the owners typically do not want to pay any money up front to have things done correctly, and are very reluctant to hire someone to come in and set things right and actually fix their problems.
If you can tell me what's wrong with this fan, you can submit an application to work with LDX Solutions! We're still looking for an Application Engineering Manager among several other roles. Hint: There are more than 1 problem. Sometimes these plants really break my back.

What is an STA Engineer, and is it a Good Career Path? 🤔 I'm curious to hear from the LinkedIn community: What do you think about pursuing a career as an STA Engineer (Static Timing Analysis Engineer)? As an STA Engineer, you specialize in ensuring the performance and timing of integrated circuits (ICs), a critical part of electronics design. But is this a good career path in today’s tech world? 💬 What’s your perspective on the demand, growth, and long-term potential for STA Engineers? I’d love to hear insights from professionals in the field, those who’ve made this career choice, or anyone with valuable experience to share! Looking forward to your thoughts! #CareerPath #STAEngineer #EngineeringCareers #TechIndustry #Innovation #LinkedInCommunity

It's no secret that I've fallen in love with #TampaBay! If only there were more #Spacecompanies here. I checked into the talent data... Here is what I found... Electrical Engineering talent mapping is a solid barometer on the likelihood of a Space Hardware/Deep Tech company successfully building a team (if they want to build hardware... - In the US there are roughly 2450 EE's with Spacecraft experience. - 360 changes jobs recently and there are around 10K job posts. TOP LOCATIONS: - LA (275) 4% growth, 405 job posts - DC (260) 0% growth, 514 job posts - Bay Area (160) 6% growth, 393 job posts - Denver (141) professionals, 1% growth, 217 job posts ALL OF FLORIDA: - Melbourne (92) -2% growth, 39 job posts - Orland (47) 2% growth, 122 job posts - Miami (24) -8% growth, 99 job posts AND TAMPA?! - 14 professionals, 22% growth, 107 job posts SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?! - Tamps is experiencing the highest % growth, with the lowest % talent to jobs.... Therefore we need to be encouraging more EE's to move to Florida. And the Universities need to pick up these courses ASAP.
