I had an incredible experience attending Biban in Riyadh! It was energizing to see such a vibrant mix of innovative startups, industry leaders, and major companies all in one place, committed to shaping the future of entrepreneurship. From networking with passionate founders to attending insightful talks, Biban proved to be a rich learning experience. It’s amazing to witness firsthand the forward momentum and creativity driving the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Some key takeaways: Innovation is thriving: The number of unique, solution-oriented startups showcased the power of creativity and resilience. Collaboration is key: Seeing big companies and startups connect was a reminder of how much we can achieve together. Never stop learning: Each talk and discussion sparked new ideas and perspectives that I’m excited to explore.

Being on this evaluation panel is a role I take very seriously. It demands not just a critical eye but also empathy, intuition, and a deep commitment to seeing others succeed. I draw on my experience in leadership coaching, strategic advisory, and community engagement to ensure that we select teams who are not just dreamers but doers—ready to create lasting, positive impact. Throughout this evaluation and selection process, I’ve reflected on some invaluable lessons: The world needs more #visionaries, and I’m inspired by how #Startupbootcamp offers a springboard for them to succeed.
