🌍passionate,Resilient and Innovativeness in the Dairy Sector🌱 Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I witnessed my parents’ struggles with incredible community-transforming ideas, especially in the dairy sector. Despite their passion and vision, many of these ideas were dead on arrival due to rigid appraisal systems that force enterprises into narrow categories, limiting innovation. Years later, we face similar challenges, but we've learned to persist and not let a "no" stop us. Just today, we were pitching our Suncool Farmer Hub model—an initiative designed to revolutionize rural farming through sustainable, solar-powered solutions. However, instead of engaging with our vision, someone quickly dismissed the idea, focusing instead on a plan to extend electricity to villages over the next 15 years. As I listened, I couldn’t help but think: How will we achieve tenfold growth in the coming year if we’re waiting over a decade for essential infrastructure? But then it struck me—this isn’t his reality. He may not see the urgency, the impact, or the lifeline that this could be for communities in need. Our communities deserve transformative change now, not in 15 years.We’ll continue pushing forward, advocating for solutions that make a tangible impact today.
