FleetEV’s Post

🚗🔋 Exciting News! 🔋🚗 The Volvo EX90 is breaking new ground as the first electric car to come with a ‘battery passport’. This innovative feature will give you a detailed look at the environmental impact of manufacturing the car’s battery, the precious materials used, and its recyclability at the end of its life. Starting in 2027, battery passports will be mandatory for all electric cars sold in the EU. Even though the UK isn't part of the EU anymore, you can still expect to see these on cars here too! 🇬🇧 With a battery passport, you can track every material used from the mine to the assembly plant, understand the car's carbon footprint, and know how much of the battery pack can be recycled. 🌍♻️ Stay ahead of the curve and get all the insights you need to drive sustainably! #VolvoEX90 #ElectricVehicle #BatteryPassport #Sustainability #GreenDriving #EcoFriendly #Innovation #FutureOfTransport
