A very interesting discussion here. AI Effect doesn’t just speed up the race—it 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺. Yes, channels are saturating faster than ever. But it’s not just about being the fastest to adopt AI; it’s about 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. I've had too many debates already trying to emphasize that AI should be your sidekick, not a tool to completely take over everything you do 😅 While expertise can be automated and commoditized (still not 100% onboard on this, although potentially it can) --𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻—and that’s the real differentiators. We’re all feeling the pressure of accelerated competition to adopt AI. But the fundamentals of growth haven’t changed: It’s still about listening deeply to your customers, adapting quickly to their needs, and creating meaningful value. AI is the tool, not the goal. My 2 cents about GTM in times of AI: 1) Product building is leveled. 2) Competition for attention skyrocketing. 3) Buyers increasingly rely on social proof (+ word of mouth) to filter noise. 4) Embed social proof in distribution early. 5) Get them to "buy" your vision, not features (AI evolves fast). 6) Vision creates long-term commitment. 7) Long-term is costly. To keep them invested, offer equity. Not just early users, but early partners sharing insights and acting as brand ambassadors. Balance equity with short-term incentives for wider appeal. 8) Raise brand awareness from buyers, not capital from VCs. 9) Trust drives faster sales 10) Cash-flow positive sooner

The more I talk with my marketing and creative brethren the more I hear about the fear and excitement about how AI will either transform or replace our careers. Being the eternal optimist, I think it’s the former. We have an opportunity right now to embrace a future where human creativity and AI/ML becomes intertwined - and for the better! Think about it… 🤔 AI can’t replace human creativity, but it can be a formidable tool that augments & accelerates the creative process! The unique brilliance of the human mind - with all its idiosyncrasies, life experiences, & cultural context - cannot be replicated by an AI. What we can do is unlock new avenues for ideation, expand the boundaries of what's possible, & introduce new concepts that spark the creative flame within people. But, how? Why? At its core, creativity stems from making novel connections between disparate ideas, concepts, & perspectives. GenAI can be an incredible creativity multiplier by rapidly synthesizing & recombining information from broad datasets in unique ways. Need a library of distinctive visual styles? Need fresh inspiration for that concept you've been stuck on? GenAI can be a seedbed of ideas to consider. Also, creativity doesn't happen in a vacuum. It requires human ingenuity 🧠 ❤️ to critically evaluate, refine, & elevate AI's raw output into something truly impactful & resonant. GenAI is an amazing force multiplier, but not a replacement for the discerning human eye, heart, & soul that imbues creative work with deeper meaning & emotional impact. GenAI can spark but it can’t emotionally connect. It doesn’t have the HUMAN element. I think the potential here is massive - a future where human creativity & AI/ML become seamlessly intertwined. AI becomes another tool in the creative arsenal - like a digital muse or intellectual sparring partner that accelerates the creative workflow. It handles the grunt work of rapidly synthesizing ideas & frees human creatives to focus on higher-level conceptualization, direction, execution, & most importantly…EMOTIONAL CONNECTION. We have the potential to unleash a creative renaissance unlike anything we've seen before. And I, for one, am incredibly excited about the possibilities. But that's just my two cents.
