In the world of Quality Assurance, resilience and perseverance are not just skills—they are necessities. Ensuring product safety, maintaining compliance, and achieving quality excellence often means navigating challenges like: *Tight deadlines without compromising standards, *Addressing unexpected defects with precision, and *Upholding strict ISO and regulatory requirements. Through it all, resilience drives me to stay focused on solutions, while perseverance keeps me committed to continuous improvement—no matter how tough the process gets. Every audit passed, every product flaw resolved, and every standard upheld is a testament to these qualities. As a Quality Assurance person, I believe that challenges are opportunities to strengthen systems, refine processes, and build trust with customers and teams.

Follow this 8-step roadmap, to fool-proof your supplier approval process. In summary, it includes: 1. Understanding Product Needs 2. Evaluating the Supplier 3. Aligning Product Specifications 4. Visual and Packaging Requirements 5. Sample Testing 6. Site Assessment 7. Finalizing Approval 8. Review (approval) recommendation 👉 If you learned something new, Show your appreciation with a like 👍 and repost ♻ P.S. What do you do differently in your supplier approval process? Trying to learn more about my new role. Thank you GEP Worldwide for posting this: What is quality management process? A quality management process refers to a set of procedures for ensuring that deliverables — goods or services — meet a certain standard and are fit for the purpose for which they were designed. Quality management allows enterprises to stay on top of compliance issues and achieve operational efficiency by streamlining business processes. In a dynamic business environment, a proper quality management process can enable enterprises to take charge of their supply chain and easily control and share product quality requirements with suppliers in real time.
