Not everybody is a huge fan of management consultants (a bit like recruiters!)📈 📐However, they often start with a helpful exercise.. They'll ask the client's management team something like: "Why does your company exist?" Or "What's your value proposition?" Or "What are your core values?" And of course, nobody has a clue! (The secret is that the consultants then get to charge thousands of dollars to sort them out!) 🚀This translates really well to recruiting for your business! Before you start interviewing candidates for your team, ask yourselves : "Why should somebody work for us?" "What are our core values, and how do they relate to the position(s)?" "What's our employer value proposition?" And based on your answers, you'll be in a much better position to pitch your role to the perfect candidates !
