Sometimes your most productive times are the ones spent doing what you LOVE. We spent the last week in Zion National Park. It had some of the most breathtaking views and was an expierece I’m elated to have given my baby girl. So how was it productive? I literally didn’t *try* to do business, meet prospects, answer emails and all the other “productive” tasks. My productivity was having the time freedom to do things like this. My productivity was being reminded what an artist our creator is. My productivity was being able to set work down for a while knowing my members will still be taken care of. My productivity was swiping the card when I wanted and not worrying about price. This week, find ways to redefine productivity. Look beyond your to do list, your spreadsheet, your slack channel and whatever else. Quality of life wins.

🤨 Have you had your hands all over it this morning when you should have been working...? Well... you're probably not alone... 📱 I'm obviously talking about your mobile phone. Did you now, the average time spent scrolling on your phone, looking at social media per day is; 2 hours and 27 minutes... Just think about that for a minute in regards to your day to day productively... ... or lack of it. One of the most commonly used phrases I hear from founders who enquire about our services is; 'I just don't have enough time...' Well, you do. You just don't prioritise the time you have well enough. 🤷🏻♂️ So, before you get triggered and try to convince me, or yourself that you literally have no more hours left in the day to do the work required to do to move the needle in your business, and achieve the things you want to achieve, do this... Go to; - Settings - Screen Time - Select 'Week' - See All Activity - Show Categories Now, having done that - who's just found AT LEAST another 2 hours and 27 minutes A DAY, to get that high impact work done!? Need help staying focused and productive? DM me... I can help.

Stay good at what you're doing, it sounds familiar but it's a concealed lot of things inside like we are doing many things like we all have twenty four hours same as Warren buffets, Bill gates, Elon masks have we cannot buy time but we can make money right. So being more productive is all about doing more things that matters to us. So we want some logic and tactics. here are some. 1.Write down you're goal some where 2.Make plans in advance, like you can follow idle week methods, open google calendar block you're things you want spent you're time with it, block out time using with diffrent color coded 3.Calendar block is helps you like you make or create you're own appointment in your calendar, just like 'you're the master of you're life ' 3.approch you're to do list or integrate some psychological aspect like when you're strike off task you have done it's going to connect increasing you're motivation or it helps you being enjoy the process or motivated do more.

Last week, I stared at my to-do list and felt a quiet panic—so many tasks, yet nothing truly done. Ever notice how juggling more tasks doesn’t mean more progress? This image (below) paints it perfectly: fewer tasks = more solid “getting stuff done” time. But pile on too many, and watch those productive blocks get overtaken by “lost” time—moments wasted switching gears instead of moving forward. I’ve lived this. After bouncing between client calls, endless emails, and Slack threads, my day would fragment into scattered minutes, not meaningful achievements. Taking a stand, I blocked out a two-hour no-interruption window. Result? One key project finished ahead of schedule. This week, try one focused time block dedicated to a single priority. Turn off notifications, shut the door, and commit. You might be surprised at how much more you accomplish when you stop playing task ping-pong. What’s one distraction you’ll cut today to reclaim your focus? Let me know in the comments.

Being “busy” simply means that you are occupied with tasks, that aren’t necessarily making progress on your to-do list. For example, I can have an absolutely busy morning simply just frantically replying to messages or emails. It’s busy, but not ticking off anything on that ever-growing list (which feels STRESSFUL) 😰 Being productive, on the other hand, means you are making focused and impactful progress towards your goals. It’s about working smarter, not harder. 👇🏼 That might look like refining the way you do business. Allocate the first 30mins of your day to catch up on your admin before diving straight into your to-do list ✔️ OUTSOURCE the things in your business that make you busy, but not productive. The admin tasks like onboarding clients, creating contracts, scheduling content - the tasks that need doing, but aren’t super productive. It’s okay to pass those things on to somebody you trust 🤎 We’ll take care of all the busy tasks, so you can focus on being productive in your business. Send us a DM to enquire about a FREE discovery call, before joining our waitlist for May/June 🥂

There is a reason why you are not productive! Because you are not creating a to-do list. It is a simple hack to get your things done but people still don’t do it! If you are not creating a to-do list then do yourself a favour and start writing all your pending tasks stick it to the wall and get to the work If you are creating one, then put a little more effort and start preparing your list the night before Trust me, this small change will increase your productivity by at least 50% I have been doing this for 8 months and now when I wake up every morning I don’t have to think too much because I know what exactly I am doing today So go ahead and try this for yourself ✅
