I think 1 big one for me, strong communication and so to get kept in the loop to be easy to talk to. And I think if you have strong communication, it can solve a lot of problems before they even begin. I think the thing that works really well with the partnerships that really last in the longer term is that same mindset. It's kind of everyone's going in the same direction and they have that can do attitude. People are willing to kind of. Thick with it because partnerships can take a long time. I want to build partnerships with people that are mutually beneficial to everybody so really transparent with people very, you know, sort of open to how understanding how in other businesses is going to get value from now. I think it really comes down to the the shared values. So our our three values, our core values approval go our ambition, accountability and impact. You know, you have to kind of take each each opportunity on its face and go through the same kind of diligence that you would. Is there any kind of relationship? It can't just be for convenience. So getting people aligned on goals, right? Summarize. Yeah. Getting data cleaned up and then, you know, biting off bite sized chunks that are achievable so you can take milestones towards that measurable goal of them. Those are the three things that I would start with when we sit down with companies. Be yourself. People buy from people and people trust people. And I think that goes a long way. If you can be authentic in yourself and actually be transparent and be as open and honest as you can with your customer. You're not trying to pull the ball over anyone's eye if you can uncover what they actually need. And This is why we always say like the first kind of conversation that you have, 75% of that conversation you should be listening and not talking. The other thing is. Just do one or two things brilliantly and really master that as opposed to trying to do to do too much. I think it comes down to a foundation of trust, you know, getting to know the persons that you're going to be working with that there's some shared values. A A business partnership is a strategic collaboration where two or more entities come together to achieve a goal they couldn't accomplish effectively by themselves. And I think that's really where the, the, the challenge lay in creating great partnerships is to make sure that hey, you're aligned on. What what you're trying to achieve? But also those roles are shared equally as well.
