A few days back, I mentioned how being transparent as an organization builds trust. Now, let’s talk about financial transparency. Believe me when I say this - it’s a lifeline for trust. A lot of nonprofits rely on emotional giving, but there’s a growing number of intentional givers out there. They’re thinking not just about impact but about lasting impact. Show your supporters where their contributions go, and you’ll see trust grow. #FinancialTransparency #MissionInMotion

We recently had someone complete the 'contact us' form on All Access' website expressing their interest in joining our fund, but then complained that we weren't very transparent. I usually get bummed out by messages like this (it wasn't the first), but... We have released every single expense we have ever made on our website since the day we filed for our 501(c)3. 🤔 Messages like this remind me of two truths of today's age: 1. Humans will always find something about you or your thing to complain about. 🤷♂️ 2. We have to adjust to the reality of instant gratification in today's market. We have to make it as quick and easy as possible for people to find what they're looking for or they'll find it faster somewhere else. So, if you have 45 seconds to spare, can you help me? I'm curious how long it takes you to find what you're looking for on our website. Pick one subject (financials, programs, team, impact, etc.) and see if you can find (and consume) what you're looking for in 45 seconds. If you can't, it's on us.
