AI is absolutely helping bring about tremendous efficiency but let's not kid ourselves - this is done at the expense of any remaining sense of a genuine "customer relationship". It's time for us customers to employ our own bot to 'engage' with our supplier's bot so we can get on with improving the transactional nature of these relationships and recognise them for what they are.
