There are many variations (degrees of freedom) when observing footballers sprint!
Due to this does that mean the technical model is wrong?
We must understand that although sometimes we observe technically not right technique (subjective) there are more pieces to the puzzle.
It is down to education and experience that the better coaches can manipulate the landscape from understanding what the athlete requires to perform at a higher level.
🚀 A good example would be “Raheem Sterling” he demonstrates a butt kicking style for sprinting technically too much backside mechanics, he is obviously quick and performing well, so to change this would effect his performance levels!
So there maybe other landscapes that we can manipulate to help support this from an injury reduction standpoint etc.
Think about the bigger picture!
