This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a hackathon at the University of Chicago with my talented team: Jasmine Wu, Kevin Wu, Dylan Vu. Together, we created MadLyrics – a fun, multiplayer party game that puts a unique twist on the classic MadLibs. In our game, players add their own words to a song, and the song is generated in real-time, right before their eyes and ears! My role in the project was to handle real-time audio streaming and display, as well as creating the mesmerizing audio visualizer. But the real magic happened when I reverse-engineered the Suno AI API, which allowed us to generate the songs on the fly.
