Laughter. Show the personal side of whoever you are filming. Show that they are human. Show that they love to laugh. Smiles and laughter are the greatest thing you can capture on camera. When you're filming someone story, it shows that they are having fun doing what it is they do, whether they're being goofy about something or they just messed up and they're just laughing their way through it. And if it's not their smiles or their laughter that you're capturing, you can always capture the smiles and laughter of their clients or their customers. Or whoever they're interacting with. Either way, get people smiling in front of your camera.
