This collaboration exemplifies the power of strategic partnerships in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the field of repowering, where our expertise shines. The two partners have agreed on a pioneering collaboration for a 115 MW wind farm in Zörbig, Saxony-Anhalt – a landmark cooperation for a sustainable future. This partnership leverages our combined resources, extensive expertise, and strong political support to ensure the project's success. By working together, we are setting a standard for the wind industry, demonstrating that close cooperation between developers can create significant value for all parties involved and, ultimately, for the entire energy transition. At VSB Group, we are particularly proud of our expertise in repowering. By consistently employing the latest technologies and adhering to the highest environmental and quality standards, we significantly enhance the efficiency of wind farms. Especially our track record of over 25 years of great relationships with landowners, municipalities and other stakeholders are the backbone of our success here. Projects like Elster Repowering and our current project in Zörbig, where we are replacing 27 old turbines with 16 new ones and nearly tripling the power output despite using fewer turbines, are crucial to meeting our climate goals.
