GenAI chatbots are powerful, but manually testing them can be time-consuming and tedious. We noticed that users were creating spreadsheets and manually asking questions to the chatbot repeatedly. This became a particular pain point when changes to the knowledgebase were introduced - you'd have to go back and paste in all the same questions and record the results... To solve this, we've launched a knowledgebase test suite. Create a test case of common questions (taken from your AI insight reports i.e. questions your customers are actually asking, or add custom questions), then run an automated test process against your knowledge base. This helps users instantly identify gaps or errors against your most common questions. It also allows for fast comparisons between different LLMs, and for users to sanity check answers are still valid when introducing changes to the knowledgebase. The result? It's now much faster to test and iterate your GenAI chatbot, giving users convenience and confidence in chatbot rollouts.
