We recently put together our Sept Qtr billings report and will be sharing it with members in the coming weeks and to the general public in Jan. But we wanted to share a few highlights from the report.... 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔: ✨ Queensland emerged as the highest-performing state for consultants. ✨ Financial Services/Banking sector performed the best, followed by Healthcare/Medical. ✨ Education showed a quarter-on-quarter increase. ✨ Consultants in smaller agencies (2-5 staff) outperformed those in larger companies. ✨ Dual desks outperformed both permanent and temporary desks. 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒔: ✨ Queensland was the highest-performing state for senior consultants. ✨ FMCG sector had a notable increase from June to September. ✨ Tech/IT senior consultants experienced volatility over the last three quarters: rising in June, and falling again in September. ✨ Senior consultants in companies with 11-20 staff performed best. ✨ Permanent desk senior consultants significantly outperformed their dual or temp counterparts.
