Old school way of doing outbound vs the modern way... I've been in the marketing / lead gen space for nearly 8 years helping SaaS businesses scale. And the game isn't the same anymore. Cold email was not mainstream when I started. We could load 40,000 emails into Mailchimp and still get inboxed. Now you need to be strategic with your setup. Otherwise, you end up being deleted or put in the spam folder. Here are the 3 key things I set up for every client when we begin outbound 1) Cold email infrastructure 2-3 inboxes per domain max 2) Software to warm up the inboxes Personally, I use Instantly.ai 3) Targeted lead lists Define title, industry, and the jobs to be done then clean the lists before sending.
