I've noticed a trend in job hunting process that's really frustrating. Many companies post jobs on LinkedIn just to meet some internal requirements, but those positions are often already filled. It’s disappointing to spend time applying and then get an automated rejection without anyone even looking at resume. It feels like a waste of effort. Companies should be more transparent and only post real openings, and give genuine feedback. #Jobhunting #Resume

While not perfect, Glassdoor has become a useful resource when job hunting. Job seekers like myself can get a sense of pay ranges and company culture from the employee and applicant feedback section in the company profiles. One not-so-obvious feature that speaks volumes to me, however, is whether or not the company makes an effort to respond to reviews and comments. That tells me they are paying attention to their Glassdoor profile, care about what people are saying, and recognize that applicants are using it in their own evaluation process.
