FDC's recent refurbishment of 418a Elizabeth Street celebrates the building's original, modernist architecture while also embracing current design principles. Works such as facade upgrades with feature lighting, basement upgrades, a lift lobby upgrade and end of trip amenities upgrades highlight the building's signature kinetic bronze alongside high end finishes such as Artedomus Calacatta benchtops. The heart of the project is the newly introduced rooftop terrace accented with GRC planters and the meditation dome, creating a calming oasis in the heart of Surry Hills. A lovely job FDC, I’d love to have the opportunity to paint more murals on such great projects. I’d also like to thank Census Advisory, Jeffery and Karl for wanting to include my art mural as part of this great refurbishment. Congratulations all nickhernandez.com.au
Amazing end result, tenants must be loving the new spaces! Was a pleasure working with FDC & the wider team on the structural components for the roof terrace
Fantastic to see the completed project, it looks amazing and I'm sure the clients will enjoy the rooftop yoga space. As always, it was a pleasure working with Arcadia Landscape Architecture & FDC Construction & Fitout on this project. Congrats!
