🎉 Introducing Mikko Heino, the supervisor at our oat mill! Mikko is responsible for the production and packaging of oat products and supervises oat millers and bagging line operators. Additionally, he actively develops the oat milling process from a production perspective, ensuring everything runs efficiently and with high quality. 📚 Mikko's journey to his current role started with studies in marketing and logistics at a university of applied sciences. When he saw that Fazer Mill was recruiting, he eagerly applied for production roles - and to his great delight, he was selected. Mikko gained diverse experience and soon became an oat miller. After five years, Mikko transitioned to the supervisor role in spring 2022, following an organizational change. 🗨️ According to Mikko, the best part of the job is the people and continuous development: "Colleagues, changing situations, and the opportunity to develop operations keep the daily work meaningful. The most challenging part of the job is reacting to market situations and implementing changes, but it also brings interest and opportunities to learn new things,” Mikko says. 🏃♂️ In his free time, Mikko enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and his children's hobbies. He also enthusiastically serves as an announcer at local floorball matches. Thank you, Mikko, for being part of the Fazer Mills! 💪 #fazermill #employeeintroduction #team #continuousdevelopment

In 2005, I started working at my family’s chocolate factory, taking on basic tasks. I was around 15-16 years old and began with duties like packing boxes and cleaning. Gradually, I had the opportunity to observe operators as they worked, learning how the machines operated and how to use them. This experience was not just a job for me; it was a significant learning journey. By 2007, I began learning to operate the CHOCOTECH ED-25 packaging machine. During my time as an operator, I had many exciting moments with that machine. I personally experienced every aspect of the production process, from sugar to chocolate; I applied the recipes and produced the chocolates. This journey nurtured me in the heart of the industry and gave me deep knowledge and understanding of every facet of chocolate production. If I were to list the machines I used and gained experience with, it would include #Nagema , #Westbrook molding lines, and tempering machines. These machines played a crucial role in every stage of our production processes and helped us increase efficiency. When I established NAL CHOCOLATE MACHINERY, I was aware of how to design and improve machines based on all these experiences. With a perspective that understands the needs well, we aimed to utilize the machines in the best possible way. Each machine was specifically designed to meet the requirements of the job and was optimized to enhance our production processes. This journey has been not just about growing in a job but also a thrilling adventure filled with passion, determination, and creativity. I am excited every day to learn new things and am committed to increasing my contributions to the world of chocolate. #ChocolateJourney #FamilyBusiness #ChocolateProduction #HandcraftedChocolate #ChocolateMaking #ChocoLife #FromBeanToBar #CocoaCraftsmanship #FoodInnovation #PassionForChocolate #ChocolateMachines #ArtOfChocolate #ChocolateFactory #EntrepreneurJourney #ChocolateLovers

I couldn't have said it better. K. Hartwall is the leading producer of MRCs (Milk Roll Containers) to all leading dairies and we are the one who have designed all current MRCs on the market and we are also the one who have redesigned and optimized the MRCs for the future with a sustainability mindset when it comes to #costsaving, #weightreduction, #transportefficiency and #durability As Daniel Åström mentioned we are the partner to you with the best #roi (Return of Investment) and #tco (Total Cost of Ownership) not necessary the one with the best price.
Have you thought about how milk gets all the way from the cow to the grocery store? We have done that! We know how important it is with high quality of our products to avoid unnecessary production disruptions at the dairies. If you want a quick ROI, use K Hartwall #Dairytainer and our logistical expertise. We know that we are always the most value for money after 3-5 years. An example of this is Arla Sweden, with which my colleague Michael Jonsson has a close collaboration. If you want to know more, do not hesitate to contact me or one of my colleagues. https://lnkd.in/dY-U_GE9 #khartwall #smartmoves #logisticssolutions #dairytainer

The 'Pichkoo Pack' Story I came across this great story about how a small tweak in packaging completely transformed the tomato ketchup market in India, and it's too good not to share. 🍅✨ Remember the days when ketchup came in those hard-to-squeeze glass bottles? Well, about 15 years ago, someone decided it was time for a change and introduced the 'Pichkoo pack'—a plastic pouch that made it super easy to use every last drop of ketchup. This wasn't just about convenience; it was about reducing waste and really understanding what consumers wanted. This shift in packaging led to a surge in sales, proving that sometimes, the smallest innovations can make the biggest difference. It got me thinking about how we approach problems in our own fields. Are we paying enough attention to the simple solutions that could be game-changers? It's a great reminder that uplifting our customers experience & solving their needs and with small, thoughtful changes can lead to incredible success. The power of simplicity and innovation. What's a small change you've seen in your industry that made a big impact? Would love to hear your thoughts and stories below! 👇 #Innovation #CustomerFirst #MarketingMagic #customerexperience

In the confectionery industry, we know that things in the plant don’t always go according to plan. From the initial product concept to R&D to final production, many challenges can arise—especially on the plant floor. 😬 (Psst...watch this video of our founder sharing a real-life example: https://lnkd.in/gDpeKqTc) That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive curriculum designed to cultivate a deep understanding of the science and technology behind effective, food-safe, and delicious product development and manufacturing. But we don’t stop there! Our program also teaches your teams to communicate efficiently, reducing misunderstandings and fostering what we call a "Common Language". This shared understanding helps streamline processes and equips your teams to be proficient troubleshooters. Mistakes in production can be costly, so investing in our courses at the Institute of Confectionery Excellence can save you thousands by preventing errors and optimizing your operations. ⭐ Learn more HERE: https://lnkd.in/gaHxM7AJ #womanceo #womeninscience #candytech #gummyenthusiast #candyindustry
