The Refuge Change Management Facilitator role has been identified as a key resource to support our development of a domestic violence refuge with support services in Carlow, supporting Amber as it moves from the provision of one refuge facility to two. The Facilitator will assist all stakeholders involved in the planning and funding of the new refuge in Carlow. Change management, project management and implementation planning are key elements of the role. Knowledge of domestic violence services and the CAS funding process is preferred.
