It's not always easy for businesses to see the impact investing in wellbeing can have on their bottom line, but the research backs it up. I'm Sam. I'm the Managing director of Build Interiors. Build Interiors is a nationwide commercial construction company and we specialize in interior fit outs. We have 11 internal staff and our wider network, including our builders, is about 32, with all our bodies on site and then our subcontractor network throughout our build interiors. Our culture is one of the things that sets us apart from everyone else in our industry. Staying healthy and well is key not only in our industry but life and everyday activity. As you know, a person's health directly effects their ability to perform at work. When the team's got 100%, you can feel it. Everyone knows we see more sick days and lower productivity. Everyone's just not on their game. Therefore, when I met Steve and the team and I heard about half now, it was a number brainer to get the buildings, areas, team half, mouth guards along with the obvious deliverables that we care about of cost, quality and time. Health and well-being is at the top of our list. It's everything for us. That's why we're big on making it easily accessible and a priority for everyone in our team. Seeing how costs can be a roadblock for Kiwis needing healthcare, it's a real buzz seeing our team getting the care they need without stressing about the cost knocking down those. Financial barriers is so important to us. We want our staff to be happy and healthy. Working with Health Now was smooth, efficient and so easy. It's not often I meet other people that are just as passionate about their business as me, and the team are about volunteers, but Steve and his team are truly here to make a difference and care about what they're doing. In Health Now, we found a partner that really complements this aspect of our company. Along with the love that they have for theirs, reflects on the love we have for us. They've provided us with a practical tool, the Health Now card. They're directly support the healthcare for our team. This aligns with their commitment to promoting and prioritizing health and well-being for our staff and here in New Zealand. I can see the partnership with Build Interiors and Health Now being a long term relationship to help change New Zealanders accessibility to help them well be. I definitely recommend them to any business looking to streamline their health benefits and their process. It's a great way to look after your team without hassle and headaches, along with working with people that really want to make a difference.
