Exsitec AB has today (November 6th) acquired all the shares in BrightCom. BrightCom is a Microsoft partner specializing in the Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system with a focus on the e-commerce sector, and over the past year, it has worked with approximately 150 customers. BrightCom is projected to generate a revenue of about 60 million SEK for 2024, with an adjusted EBITA margin of around 25%, recalculated from K3 to IFRS. The purpose of the acquisition is to provide Exsitec with a new platform for growth within Microsoft's ERP systems, complementing its existing operations.
