The Secret Menu Hack That Turned Kung Pao Chicken Into a Sensation! In the lively Chinatown district of Xianhua, there was a cozy place called Mei Ling’s Dragon Restaurant. Mei Ling, the friendly chef, was famous for her delicious “Ultimate Kung Pao Chicken,” which everyone loved. One day, Mei Ling had a clever idea to make her Kung Pao Chicken even more popular. She added a new dish to the menu called the “Daring Delight.” This dish had a mix of 3 small Chinese dimsum that weren’t as exciting as the Kung Pao Chicken. The new dish cost $28, just a little less than the Kung Pao Chicken, which cost $30. When customers looked at the menu, they saw the "Daring Delight" and thought, “Hmm, it doesn’t look as tasty as the Ultimate Kung Pao Chicken.” So, they chose the Kung Pao Chicken because it seemed like a better deal for just $2 more. Mei Ling watched and smiled as everyone enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken. The “Daring Delight" wasn’t ordered much, but Mei Ling’s clever idea to use the Decoy Effect worked perfectly.
