The learning of the future - can XR technology strengthen Sweden's industries and education sector? Sweden needs a stronger digitalization strategy and learning will be the secret weapon/superpower to execute on such strategy. Today, Ewa Hansson, Global head of Learning & Development, certification together with representative from Saab, Teknikföretagen and Meta talked about how the technology shift will transform our work organizations and how learning will be the enabler to secure innovation, more patterns and Swedish competitiveness in the area of Advanced Digitalization. Learning needs to be faster than the business transformation. Extended Reality will play a major role in democratize learning and make learning accessible globally, give opportunities for people to meet cross borders and in new environments. XR will develop people´s skills through immersive and authentic scenarios. One use case highlighted during the panel , was the co-developed XR demo by Ericsson and Saab.
