STOP DOING TESTIMONIAL VIDEOS Instead, steal Whop's $100m strategy 👇 Asking a big customer to jump on a Zoom call to talk about "How much they love your product" is: - Lame... like really lame - Doesn't feel authentic - Content everyone scrolls past Instead, if you have the budget/resources creating an IRL long form content series around these customers is a 100x better strategy Each of these videos should: - Dig deep into your customers business - Their operating principles - Why they exist - Actually be entertaining And most importantly, organically integrate the value of your product into the content - CRMs 👉 "How do have yours set up for success?" - ESPs 👉 "What are the best subjects that work for you?" - Management 👉 "How do you operationally manage your team" - And so on Then these long form videos can be chopped up into smaller pieces of social content that stand out on socials CC: Austin Georgas, Bear M., Kori Powell, Steven Schwartz Who are some other companies doing a similar playbook? If ya liked this video, don't forget to follow Ryan Solomon 🤠

Nothing beats a good team It's amazing how team dynamics can transform a project, bringing out creativity and resourcefulness in ways you can't predict. The most intriguing part? You never truly know how new people will work together until they do. I've seen it time and time again. Individuals bringing unique ideas, perspectives, and strengths. And the result? Stronger campaigns, more creative content, and solutions to challenges that come more easily. Surely success is a team effort. #DigitalMarketing #Creativity #ContentMarketing

Struggling with team collaboration on social media content? Try this simple (but effective) strategy: If you’re a social media manager, you know the drill: getting colleagues to contribute with content can be a real challenge. I’ve seen it too often in NGOs and nonprofits: ↳ Colleagues might not prioritize social media, consider content standards, provide good images (despite you asking many times). ↳ Situations like your organization hosting a great event, but all you receive are 20 photos of the backs of attendees' heads in a dimly lit room, with a barely visible PowerPoint presentation in the background. 😫 ➟ An easy but effective solution? A simplified monthly performance report. _____ 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀: Create a monthly snapshot highlighting the top-performing post and the least effective post. Then: 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: Feature the top-performing post to show what success looks like. Add metrics for engagement. Detail the number of likes, reach, shares, DMs, and new followers. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: Repeat Step 1 for the least effective post. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: Send this report to everyone in the organization. ____ Distributing this report widely encourages every department to improve their content submissions. ↳ After all, nobody wants their work highlighted as the least effective (especially not repeatedly). ➟ This simple comparison can spark healthy competition among teams, improving both collaboration and the quality of content. ______ 👉 Has this ever happened to you? Or maybe it’s happening right now? ♻️ Comment below, like if you agree, or share to help others improve their strategies too. ➕ Follow me for daily insights

Competition is one of the most stupid things in content creation. If you are in content creation and do not know and are simply jealous of your competitor or trying to copy their content, stop. Collaboration makes wonders in most fields, including my legal field, and content creation is no exception. Collaboration is the best way to gain reach and recognition; No matter what level you are, you should begin collaborating with your colleagues to maximize results. Being professional and building positive relationships with others will always help you stand out and grow your brand. So instead of competing, start collaborating.

When Real Colors takes hold on a team, it is powerful. You start hearing things like, "We need a little ORANGE in that email," or "I need to GREEN this for a minute before responding." With any new skill comes the old adage, "If you don't use it, you lose it!" Continuing Real Colors language and application takes practice! But, without a Certified Facilitator on your team, that can sometimes be tricky. This is why we created content for Team Leaders like you! It focuses on basic recall and review, so a non-certified, but passionate, leader can successfully guide the activities. You have access to content perfect for emails or newsletters, meeting starters that get everyone on the team talking, and activities designed to bring some fun! And the best part - this content is available for only $49 a year and new content is regularly added! Subscribe here → https://loom.ly/5LJH7Ps

To foster a collaborative co-creation team, I adapt an open approach that includes engaging contributors in the entire content creation process. I start with establishing the essence behind the particular story. To achieve this, I will define the core and purpose of the story. After this, I engage my co- creation team in open customized forums, seeking to gather concerns, ideas and feedback on story angle. Besides being part of every step of the story creation process, I use different digital assets including images, audio, files and videos to represent the unique voice of the story. Last but not the least, I engage my team in post-creation activities including marketing and distribution. All these I undertake to foster deeper team engagement, and hence strengthen them around the co- creation process.
