If you've been in healthcare for a while, you'll eventually notice the inefficiencies in our healthcare systems. Over time, those inefficiencies drain our energy, steal time from patient care, and contribute to burnout. Every day, we battle mountains of paperwork, navigate clunky EHR systems, and struggle to provide quality care within tight time constraints. It's exhausting, demoralizing, and frankly, unsustainable. But here's the thing: meaningful healthcare reform is possible, and it starts with us. We need to speak up, share our experiences, and advocate for change. I'm passionate about creating a healthcare system that works for both providers and patients.
