I spent about two hours this week really combing through past events, concessions of hotels, team activation metrics, things like that. And we look at what the block sizes are of the teams that are staying year over year, where they're staying, what their preferred rate is, what the preferred amenities are, how we're managing that feed for the event moving forward. So if there's teams that we know love a certain segment hotels, we're going to push them towards the top of the feet. 1st and then kind of backfill from there and then as well knowing what the size of team blocks are. So if we know maybe an event specifically 17 is the number, then we're going to go out and get those block sizes in 1734. So that we're making sure we're maximizing the amount of people that can stay in each hotel at a time. And so that is one of the things that I've really loved working here is being able to come back through those years of data that we have. We track almost anything that runs through the system. So being able to know exactly what we did in 21/22/23 allows me to really trend that forward and project what we'll need exactly in 2024.
