When we sat down in early 2024 to formulate 'Metric Exec', we felt compelled to bring a new, innovative approach to #execsearch. We had the network within VC and PE which has been enhanced through our BGF partnership. We had the track record of C-Suite placements that was growing by the month. It was time to package this up and offer a dynamic pricing model and service that didn't previously exist within recruitment. Fast forward 9 months and Metric Exec has hit the ground running. We've got an amazing website (see comments) that highlights track record, testimonials, existing partners and more. But ultimately, we're as laser focused on results as ever. In our world, results = placements. That's why I'm delighted that we've followed up the launch with a record number of C-Suite placements over the last Quarter. Our recent partnership with Vector Remote Care is a key example of this as we hired Lisa Fischer as their new COO.
