Helping deep tech start-ups reach pre-industrial scale: this is the objective of ACCELAIR , Air Liquide start-up accelerator, launched in 2019 at the Campus Innovation Paris! In Brief, Accelair is:  🌱 11 start-ups supported 💡 Innovative technologies developed in many fields such as decarbonization of the industry, new space, or food. 🚀 Over €150 million raised Accelair has achieved several success stories since its creation! I am thinking in particular of Umiami, which has developed a process for texturizing plant proteins to recreate the texture and shape of meat or fish and reduce worldwide meat consumption. After several successful fundraisings, Umiami plans to open a new factory in Alsace soon! I am also thinking of Fairbrics whose objective is to replace fossil resources by carbon dioxide (CO2), captured from the industry, in fabrics and textile manufacturing. At the end of 2023, Fairbrics inaugurated a new lab in Antwerp to accelerate their research. The start-up also entered the 2024 Global Cleantech100 last February!
