You can now do #DataQuality in #MicrosoftPurview! 😍 In this video, I show you how - BUT make sure to register a Data Product connected to a source and Data Assets first. ✅ AND your Purview service principal needs CONTRIBUTOR access to the workspace where the data asset you want to monitor data quality on lies in Fabric. 🔧 ▶ Check out my YouTube playlist to find out how: https://lnkd.in/dFavxEEN

Has anyone else noticed that working with Gen2 dataflows can create additional "Personal mode" connections when you manage connections? According to the moderators over on the Fabric Community site, shared connections aren't (fully) supported yet, so I submitted an idea. Check out the discussion and vote for the idea below. #fabric #gen2dataflows #dataflows Discussion: https://lnkd.in/ghVqwuyn Idea: https://lnkd.in/gHn5kvYs

Dataflows Gen2 is the new generation of dataflows! They allow us to ingest and transform data using Power Query, just like in Gen 1. However, Gen2 comes with a more streamlined authoring experience and improved performance. Take a look at snapshot information on the difference between Dataflow Gen2 vs Gen1.
