Hey everyone, let's prepare a casual and effortless Saturday Dinner: Borscht! 🍲 Ingredients: - Dried porcini (optional) - Beetroots - Olive oil - Onion - Garlic - Dried marjoram and thyme - Allspice berries - Bay leaves - Veggie stock - Sugar or sweetener - Haricot beans - Fermented/sour beet juice or sauerkraut brine - Fresh dill - Vegan cream 👩🍳 Method: 1) Prepare Porcini Stock (if using). 2) Prepare Beets by dicing or grating them. 3) Sauté Onion and Garlic with herbs and spices. 4) Add Beets and Stock to the pot. 5) Simmer until beets are tender, then add beans. 6) Season with salt, pepper, and acidity. 7) Let it rest for enhanced flavor. 8) Serve with vegan cream, dill, and homemade bread. They usually consist of #sweet and creamy food and, consequently, high in sugar and fat, and public opinion, they are unhealthy foods Haelthy has started some research to take advantage of fruit's natural sweetness and enhance it with different techniques to break with the idea that finishing a pleasant meal involves sugary foods. As a result, a novel culinary concept for creating desserts without the addition of fat and sugar has been developed in our #R&D team. Vegan Hazelnut Brownies RECIPE 👨🍳 👇 * 160 g plain flour * 60 g cocoa powder * ½ teaspoon salt * 250 g caster sugar * 120 g vegan block butter * 120 ml unsweetened non-dairy milk * 150 g dark chocolate * 3 teaspoons vanilla extract * 85 g chocolate chips * 85 g chopped hazelnuts * Preheat oven to 180 degrees * Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and salt. * Place the butter, sugar and milk in a pan over a low heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the sugar is fully dissolved. It should be hot but not yet boiling. * Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla extract and chopped chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted. * Add the sifted dry ingredients and chopped hazelnuts and stir until fully combined. Gently stir through the chocolate chips, don't mix it too much at this point as you don't want them to melt into the batter. * Transfer the batter to the prepared tin and spread it level. Bake for about 20 minutes until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out gunky with moist crumbs but no wet batter.
