As the founder of Strangers Meeting Strangers (SMS), I find myself in a situation where I need to be fully transparent with our community. We're facing a challenge, and I take full responsibility for it. Created by Brunson, the mockumentary sitcom is set in an underfunded public school in Philadelphia, where a documentary crew is recording the lives of teachers who are trying their best against the odds. Other cast members include Janelle James as principal Ava Coleman, Lisa Ann Walter as second-grade teacher Melissa Schemmenti, Sheryl Lee Ralph as kindergarten teacher Barbara Howard, and Chris Perfetti as history teacher Jacob Hill. The show has won four Emmys since it began in 2021, including Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series for Brunson. What does the end of Abbott Elementary season 3 mean for Janine and Gregory? In the season three finale, titled Party, Abbott Elementary significantly pushed forward the will-they-or-won’t-they relationship dynamic between Janine and Gregory. After the party at Janine’s ends, Gregory, who initially leaves, returns to her doorway after everyone else has left. The pair then passionately kiss, before Gregory shuts the door on the camera, and subsequently the blinds on the window, as the episode ends. While this isn’t the first time they have kissed, following the drunken encounter in season two episode Teacher Conference, this feels like a key turning point. Previously, the pair have hesitated when it comes to romance over concerns it will affect their friendship or work dynamic, but this climax appears to be them choosing to give it a shot regardless. It’s unclear how this will play out in season four. In typical sitcom fashion, there might be some awkward, prolonged hiding of their relationship from everyone else at Abbott so it doesn’t become a spectacle, or the show might obliterate any uncertainty between them entirely from this point on. Either way, this looks set to play a big role in the next season. What have the cast said about season 4? In an interview with Decider, Tyler James Williams teased that the relationship between Gregory and Janine will continue to face hurdles moving forward. “Oh, there’s definitely going to be challenges,” he said. “Even without revealing stuff going into season four, we just look at the landscape. There’s all types of challenges here. The only person who really knows probably what happened is Jacob. We now have to kind of reveal it to the rest of the school, or maybe not, or maybe keep it a secret. “That’s the hemming and hawing of, well, do we try to play this close to the vest? Do we try to just be professional at work and something else outside? What is that something else outside? So there’s a number of things. Now there’s more questions than

To make it short, when you go to a couple of concerts or mega festivals this summer, the chances that the same companies own these events are pretty high. Why? Well, we'll learn about the economic implication of this concentration and what the future holds for artists, festival-goers and independent festivals. There's something incredibly powerful about connecting with someone over a shared passion. Especially when that passion is Iron Maiden 🤘💥 This weekend, I had the opportunity to attend an Iron Maiden concert with Scott Lees of Lookout and it was an experience that truly highlighted the strength of our relationship. When two people come together over something they both love, like music, it creates a bond that goes beyond the professional realm. One question I often hear is "How can we personalize our gathering without changing the content each time?". Small choices in our gatherings can create large positive effects. Take this example, from Taylor Swift... Spoiler alert: One of the most iconic parts of Taylor’s Eras World Tour happens when one of her dancers, Kam, delivers a line that suits that country or region, whether in the language spoken in the location or a well-known saying. He has done this in every country the tour has visited across their 100+ shows. This small choice helps the audience feel seen and that this show was “made for them”. It further connects Taylor to her fans no matter where in the world they are. We don’t need to wildly change our content every time we deliver training for it to feel personal to participants. Personalization can be done at scale. We may not be Taylor Swift but we can make small choices that further connect our content with those we hope to reach.
