Since the start of 2024, we kicked off several Global Talent Development Programs including Enable, Empower, Advance, EmpowerHER and AdvanceHER to support the growth and career development of our future talents as part of our values and learning culture. These strategic six-month leadership development initiatives target international talents in 12 regions, with different seniority levels, from emerging professionals to functional leaders, while promoting women's professional growth and female leadership. Designed to support career progression and promote organizational capabilities, these programs demonstrate our ongoing commitment to talent development and inclusive leadership.
