Today has been the last day of Emanuel La Duca 's 3-week stay in Indo Papiol( Indo Optical) as part of his Erasmus Exchange Program. > Indo Papiol's objective: To improve our lead time, one of the main KPI's to achieve Excellence in Customer Service. > Emanuel's Task: Support us to create a Value Stream Mapping which allow us to identify non-added value times. > His Challenge: To do this task in an unknown enviroment to him. > His learnings: Teamwork in another language and country, Lean tools such a VSM, Bubble Diagram, Data Analysis, "learn to see". > Our Opportunity: Both Plants (Indo Papiol & Optovision) to take adventage of this learning process to identify potential improvements and to compare their production processes.
