There’s nothing more important than being in an environment where morals and values are in alignment. I love that my team focuses on integrity, honesty and accountability to perform our duties in the best way that we can. If your team is not in alignment, that is when things will fall apart. It’s best to address morals and values at the beginning stages of employment to avoid potential conflict. Alignment is key to a positive work environment.
