✨ Connections That Transform: The Power of Networking in Entrepreneurship ✨ Entrepreneurship isn’t just a personal journey, it’s an opportunity to build something greater together. Events like “Cali, the Place to Be – Opportunities for Investment and Growth” demonstrate how transformative ideas take shape when visionary leaders collaborate and align toward shared goals. At Be.blum, a Cali-based company I proudly lead, focused on exporting 100% of its production, and alongside other local initiatives, these spaces provide crucial opportunities to connect with entrepreneurs and key organizations. The collaboration of entities like Invest Pacific, PROCOLOMBIA, and the Consulate of Colombia in Orlando highlights the power of partnerships between businesses and support organizations. Together, they ensure that entrepreneurship isn’t a solitary journey by providing the resources and support needed to keep building and growing sustainably. 💡 These are the tips I follow to make sure events like these actively support the growth and development of my business: 1️⃣ Be prepared: Research attendees and set clear objectives before you go. 2️⃣ Listen actively: Every conversation holds the potential to inspire and transform. 3️⃣ Follow up: The real value lies in nurturing connections over time. The future of business depends on our ability to innovate and collaborate. 🌿 Let’s connect and create lasting impact! #NetworkingForChange #SustainableInnovation #CaliBasedBusinesses #ColombianLeadership

The Power of Collective Management: Meeting with the Entrepreneurship Club of Borsa İstanbul Anadolu Lisesi 🌟 Recently, we had the opportunity to meet with the Entrepreneurship Club of Istanbul Exchange Anatolian High School and share our experiences with young entrepreneurs. We explained how our collective management approach supports transparency, joint decision-making, and an environment where everyone’s voice is heard. 🗣️ Additionally, we emphasized our company’s culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Through interactive discussions, fueled by the students’ questions and participation, we explored how they could apply these approaches in their own projects. 💡 We believe that such exchanges will contribute to the spread of innovative thoughts in both the business world and the field of education. We are always open to collaborations and new ideas! 🚀 #Innovation #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #CollectiveManagement #SustainableBusiness #YouthEmpowerment #EducationForAll #LatroKimya #futureleaders

Extremely honored to be nominated as the "Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Global Entrepreneurship Festival in #Nigeria 🇳🇬 The journey of leading Power Learn Project across 5 countries in Africa has been one filled with growth, challenges, and incredible milestones. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning some invaluable lessons that have shaped not just my work but also my perspective on leadership and entrepreneurship. Here are some of the greatest lessons I’ve learned so far: Hire character, train skill – Talent can always be developed, but integrity and values are non-negotiable. The teams you start with aren’t always the ones you finish with – Stay adaptable, and embrace evolution for growth. Trust but verify – Whether it’s teams or partners, always ensure alignment because not everyone shares your vision or motivation. Consistency beats motivation – Showing up daily, even on tough days, is what sets the truly committed apart. Mediocrity is costly – It drains time, resources, and energy. Strive for excellence, even if it’s not the norm. Output is KING – Be results-driven, and remember that even the smallest efforts add up. #Leadership #Entrepreneurship #GlobalEntrepreneurshipFestival #Innovation #AfricaRising

This upcoming week, I am excited to start reading "Blue Ocean Strategy: How to Create Uncontested Market Space and Make the Competition Irrelevant" by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne. This groundbreaking business book challenges conventional wisdom about competition by advocating for the creation of new market spaces, or "blue oceans," instead of competing in overcrowded markets, or "red oceans." By identifying untapped opportunities and delivering innovative products or services that exceed customer expectations, businesses can achieve rapid growth and profitability. Essential for entrepreneurs, business leaders, and anyone seeking to disrupt industries, the book offers practical tools and frameworks for developing bold strategies, overcoming organizational hurdles, and driving innovation. #BlueOceanStrategy #BusinessInnovation #MarketDisruption #StrategicThinking #Entrepreneurship #BusinessGrowth #InnovativeLeadership #CompetitiveAdvantage #BusinessBook #StrategicManagement #InnovationStrategy #NewMarkets

Where do you start when you have a business idea that's about integrating lives with passions? You start with 'why'. Last week, I had the privilege of making my first Feature Presentation to a group of 60+ business leaders, CEOs, Managing Directors, and owners of businesses at the BNI Sydney CBD Enterprise Chapter. Jonathan Chin and I created SourceWorxs out of our love for design. Our purpose was to create and design products that were useful to others. We believe that innovation drives societies and provides solutions to problems. Our approach involves engaging with experts in their respective fields and manufacturing these innovations in countries with a lower cost of production. I've had the priviledge of working on products used in iconic buildings like the Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge, and Fed Square, as well as in various parliaments around the world. Excited to continue creating and designing products that make a difference! #BNICBDEnterprise #BNI #innovation #Design #Innovation #ProductDevelopment #InnovationInChina #AustralianInnovation #ManufacturingSolutions #DesignThinking #StartupSupport #Ideation #NewProductLaunch #PrototypeDevelopment #ProductDesign #SupplyChainSolutions #GlobalManufacturing #StrategicPartnerships #InnovativeIdeas #FundingOpportunities #Entrepreneurship #CollaborativeInnovation #ProductPrototyping #ManufacturingPartnerships #Entrepreneurship Tom Etherington Cristina Lee Shelli McAlpine Bill Petrovski Michael Biagio Tim Wolfenden Lara Gomez Barry Meskin Lynda Holt Michael Davern Paul Goodall Louise Blair

“There’s always an opportunity. You don’t have to be developing the best, latest idea to find a business.” Terry Clune, CEO of CluneTech Success isn’t always about creating the next ground breaking innovation. It’s about recognising opportunities where others may not. Every challenge, gap, or inefficiency presents potential—if you have the vision to see it. You don’t need the most revolutionary idea to build a thriving business. What you need is the insight to identify what’s missing and the courage to act on it. Opportunities are everywhere. Are you ready to seize them? #Entrepreneurship #Leadership #BusinessGrowth #Innovation #Opportunity
