Major projects already done If you walk into a property and you can see that the kitchen has had a rework or the bathroom has been updated, this is a good sign. Its one less thing to worry about. 2. Good location Imagine, you’ve just visited you’re dream home but, it’s 5 miles away from civilisation - it dampens your excitement. Finding a good property in a location that works for your lifestyle is a huge green flag. 3. Good room sizes We’ve all seen ‘3 beds’ on Rightmove and you wonder how they are calling that tiny thing a bedroom. If all the rooms are a good size and you can already see what you could do with it – green flag. 4. Within your budget There is nothing worse than finding the home you want but its just too much money.
