Excited to get the galleys of my new book today!
Congratulations!! You’re the best!! I’ll never forget how helpful you were in responding to my questions re my brother-in-law’s lifesaving surgery. It’s been about ten years and he’s doing great!! 🙏🏽
Congratulations Eric Topol, MD! May your exciting new book become a bestseller! 🚀
Eric, I look forward to a signed copy to go along with your Cardiology texts I still cherish. It’s been a few years since the Mallinckrodt days.
Congratulations Eric Topol, MD !! Great time to read your insights...
Not really any such thing … you’re aged and getting older that’s it. Still gonna break that hip or have something fail eventually, then another. Man’s infatuation with immortality will never die, now religion has lost its stranglehold over many it’s the new priests and gurus sucking everyone into their new fantasy worlds. Just enjoy your life and be nice to people, maybe you’ll come back better if Buddhism is the belief of choice but time will tell ! Or not :(
Eric Topol, MD I have been eagerly awaiting the findings on this topic since I started working at Scripps Research and learned about your longevity study. I am excited to read this and also get a copy for my 90y mother who is healthy and exceptionally diligent about her morning strengthening exercises, walking everyday, eating healthy, and maintaining a busy social life.
Let me save you both money and time by providing a summary from the July 5, 2024 "Ground Truths" by the same Eric Topol. The subject line is "Exercise may be the single most potent medical intervention ever known." So, combine Movement with a Mediterranean diet and Moderation in amount of food, and the 3Ms will lead to a long and healthy lifespan. This is NOT rocket science.
Hopefully my excessive consumption of black coffee is working for me. I’ll be sure to read and find out. 😀
Can already tell based on the insight and quality content of the posts this book is sure to be a game changer for those wise enough to attain a copy!

3dEric Topol, MD, here's a bit of a tricky question for you: Right now, what adds more healthy years to people’s lives—doing the basics like drinking water, eating a nutritious diet, avoiding smoking and alcohol, and exercising regularly, or the breakthroughs in science you're so passionate about? And just to throw this out there—would you agree that one of the most foolish things is to let yourself die within the next 10 years, considering how much progress we're making? PS: Huge congrats on your new book—excited to see the impact it will make!
