Product questions we’ve all faced at some point. 💡
Just yesterday, chatting with friends in Asia, we hit the big three Product challenges:
1️⃣ The company’s going through a PM shift, and the tech team is asking—what’s actually changed?
2️⃣ PMs need to know their current level to move forward and make an impact.
3️⃣ What exactly is a PM role now? The core pillars are hard to define.
Sure, these questions require discovery and work, but here’s the thing: they show your team cares—and that’s how great products get built. Simple as that. 👏
Cheers, Product Folks! 🥂
You're Not Alone in Your Struggles!
Day 8 #20daysContentChallengeAfrica Agility Foundation
Let's get real for a moment. Being a product manager comes with its fair share of frustrations, am I right? From constantly shifting priorities to dealing with tight deadlines, we've all been there.
So, let's turn this into an interactive discussion! 🗣️
What's your biggest frustration as a product manager? Is it navigating conflicting stakeholder expectations? Balancing feature requests with limited resources?
Mine include:
1. Balancing a million priorities: Juggling stakeholders, features, deadlines... it's enough to make your head spin!
2. Finding the right users to test with: Getting access to a representative sample of your target audience can be tricky.

🚀 Calling all Product Managers: let's master the art of product discovery together! 🚀
As fellow Product Managers, have you thought about “discovery” in the last few days? I'm pretty sure you did 😁
Navigating the journey of product discovery, from initial ideation to continuous improvement, can be truly challenging. It’s easy to fall into the trap of focusing only on execution, but it's crucial to keep discovery at the forefront at all stages.

"Boys to Men"
Growing up is one of the most exciting and challenging adventures in life. Every boy, as he grows older, learns new things, faces new challenges, and becomes stronger, wiser, and more understanding.
This journey from being a boy to becoming a man is full of lessons, fun, and sometimes, difficulties.
"Boys to Men" is a book about this special journey. It’s about five boys—Sam, Max, Leo, Ben, and Ollie—who are best friends. They live in a small town where they play, laugh, and learn together. As they grow up, they start to understand what it means to be responsible, brave, kind, and honest. Each chapter in this book tells a story about the boys and how they grow, learn, and become better people.
The stories in this book are not just for boys. They are for everyone—parents, teachers, and even girls—who want to understand how boys think and feel as they grow up. The lessons these boys learn are important for all of us. They teach us about friendship, love, respect, and how to deal with difficult times.

P.S. Anastasiia will soon share her insights on transition from Project Management to Product Management.
As a Product Manager with 18 years of experience, I have always believed that effective communication is crucial in our role. It’s not just about understanding the strategy but also about conveying it appropriately. Recently, I took a Masterclass in Linguistic Intelligence with the renowned linguist Omar Fuentes, where we discussed the concept of “Accountability.” This term is essential for PMs because we are responsible for ensuring our message is understood by those who will act on it, preventing delays due to incomplete understanding. Effective communication is not solely the receiver’s responsibility; it’s a shared accountability.
